Upon pre-registration you have received an e-mail with your personal registration number. This number allows access to your profile page from which you may: submit your abstract, complete your registration and payments, as well as modify information and options as well as purchase additional options, such as gala tickets for the gala dinner, accompanying persons registrations or childcare.

Parental support during congress sessions

Please indicate interest in childcare in your registration or profile. We will contact you during the spring of 2026 with specific information. Parents may also choose to supervise their children personally instead.

For infants and toddlers under 3, a quiet space will be provided free of charge for nursing, diaper changing, or rest. This space will be for parental use only and children must always be under parental supervision. The accompanying person must be registered as an Accompanying person, unless both parents are registered participants of the conference.

Childcare will be available during ECE2026. Professional services will be provided by KangourouKids for babies and children up to 10 years old and dedicated room is allocated at the conference center. This subsidized service will be available at the modest fee of €15 per child per day, to be booked on your profile page. For more information do not hesitate to contact us at secretary@ece2026.org.
