All fees include 10% French VAT.
*Gala tickets in the limit of available seats.
Conference registration (VAT included) includes access to the conference center from Monday 29th of June to Friday 3rd of July, to all scientific sessions, technical exhibition, as well as coffee breaks, lunches and welcome receptions. A certificate of attendance will be provided upon request. Gala tickets can be purchased at additional costs. Likewise optional activities may be proposed within the social program for a fee.
Keynote speakers, scientific committee members and selected volunteers will receive a discount code to apply to their registration as ‘Delegates’.
Profile page
Upon pre-registration you will receive an e-mail with your personal registration number. This number allows access to your profile page from which you may: submit your abstract, complete your registration and payments as well as modify information and options as well as purchase additional options, such as gala tickets for the gala dinner, accompanying persons registrations or childcare.
Accompanying persons fees: €275 for adults and teenagers (>13 years old); €165 for children (4-12 years old); free for children under 4 years old.
Gala Dinner: If you forgot to book your seat at the gala dinner or if you need to pay for it separately from your registration, you can do so from your profile page. (regular ticket €90; child ticket (4-12 years old) €65)
Childcare fees are €15 per child per day. Please indicate in your profile if you are interested and the age of your kid(s). Booking before 31st of May 2026 is compulsory to ensure availability of a required number of professional carers.

Bank transfer in Euro (any bank charges shall be borne by the payer).
Beneficiary: A link to download the bank details of the dedicated bank account will be displayed after validating the registration form.
Bon de Commande (only for French institutions).

Confirmation of your registration and all payments will be sent by e-mail.
Invoices for paid registrations are sent within 48 hours.
Invoices for outstanding registrations will be sent on request to the secretary.
