Accompanying persons

Registrations for accompanying persons (including participation to the gala dinner) will be accessible via the profile page of registered participants and will open in September 2025.

The fees will include access to the conference center* as well as coffee breaks and lunches.

Fees:

• Adults (from age 13): € 275
• Children 4-12 years old: € 165
• Children under 4 years old: free of charge

*According to the General Sales Conditions:  Accompanying persons have access to the entire Vinci Congress Center but may not take part in the scientific exchanges.

Parental support during congress sessions

ECE 2026 is committed to making the conference accessible for parents and caregivers, especially those with young children:

• Free access for children under 4.
• Reduced registration fee for children aged 4–12, mainly covering meals.
• A quiet room will be available for nursing, diaper changing, or rest (for children under 3, under parental supervision).

An accompanying adult must be registered as an Accompanying Person, unless both parents are conference participants.

We also have on-site childcare options for babies and children up to 10 years old during the congress. If interested, please reach us urgently as the number of available places is limited.
